The Masked Man is in dire need of fresh meat for trading now that the portals have closed. He’s come up with a dastardly plan to sell heroines over and over in different outfits, and even sell villainesses as heroines to unsuspecting buyers. To do this, he tricks Captain Liberty and the Dominator into meeting and fighting, before knocking them both out and arranging them in new costumes. He explains his plans to exploit them, but says that if one can tie up the other for him, the victor can leave. Will the two women work together ruin his plan?
